The healthiest and most fit people can eat the right kind of food and get the right exercise to maintain their health and fitness, according to new research.
The study, published in the journal PLoS ONE, showed that people who regularly exercised were significantly better able to eat healthy foods and lose weight, with better overall fitness and body composition.
It also showed that those who regularly consumed the recommended amount of vegetables, fruit and protein were significantly healthier, and those who ate more processed foods were significantly less fit.
Dr Mandy Jones, a researcher at the Institute of Sport Sciences at Cardiff University, said: “A healthy diet for a healthy person should be a balanced mix of nutrients, which is good news for people with cardiovascular disease.”
This is a very important finding and it could help improve people’s health, particularly if people get regular exercise.
“Dr Jones added: “This new study suggests that eating healthy and being physically active is a good way to maintain good health.
“There are other factors that contribute to good health, but exercise is certainly a major one, and one that people can take part in if they want to maintain the health of their body.”
Dr Paul Denny, from the British Heart Foundation, said the findings were exciting news.
“We know that exercise can help keep our cardiovascular risk factors under control, but it’s still good to be physically active, and getting your daily dose of exercise could help you keep your heart healthy.”
Dr Denny said that there was an increasing need for more research into the benefits of exercise, and how to get the most out of it.
“I would encourage people to get regular physical activity, which can reduce the chance of developing cardiovascular disease,” he said.
“It’s a big part of maintaining good health and getting the best out of your life.”
You can do a lot more with your body, whether it’s getting your blood pressure down, improving your quality of life or managing your mood.
“Dr David Baddeley, director of research at the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute, said it was good news that people were being more active.”
Being physically active can help you lose weight and build muscle, and it can improve your heart health and reduce your risk of heart disease,” Dr Baddeeley said.
He said that the study had implications for people of all ages and body types, with older people and those with a history of heart problems or a family history of high blood pressure, more likely to benefit from a healthy diet.”
These results also highlight the importance of getting your exercise into the morning and the importance that a healthy breakfast should be,” he added.”
If you’re looking to lose weight or improve your health, it’s good to look after your body and get regular healthy exercise.
