How to eat your veggies without the sugar and fat

Posted January 09, 2019 05:15:18As much as I love my green, lettuce, carrots, tomatoes and cucumbers, I’ve recently become interested in low-carb and low-fat foods.

I’ve seen the recent interest in ketogenic diets and I love the low carb/low fat trend.

I am not a big fan of sugar and I’ve tried to avoid it but I still love low-sugar foods.

When I am eating at home I don’t usually get sugar or sugar-sweetened beverages.

I also love to have a salad when I am not in a restaurant.

I don.t usually like sweetened desserts as I prefer the taste of fresh, wholesome fruit.

However, I do like the taste and texture of low-carbon foods.

When I have a craving for low-glycemic foods I will always try them.

When we eat out I prefer to have low-protein meals and low calorie beverages.

I am very partial to those and if I can find a low-calorie meal or beverage I like, I eat it.

I like to be full when I have to eat low-energy, healthy foods.

If you have a low glycemic index, you are going to be more than satisfied with your low carb foods.

A diet that is low in carbs is more than likely going to help you maintain a healthier body weight and weight control.

If it helps you feel full, satisfied and happy, you will be happier.

If I have sugar and sugar-free drinks I will still have those and it won’t hurt.

However, I will feel fuller and happier.

When it comes to calories, I like low-impact low-carbs.

I can still eat my normal calorie consumption.

I know I have my choices but when it comes down to it, I prefer a low carb diet.
