I have had this recipe in my repertoire for years and I always feel good about it.

If you don’t have a recipe that you enjoy or you don�t know how to make it, this is a great recipe for you to try.

I love using apple half when making macaroni and cheese or chicken or turkey wings.

It�s so simple to make and really makes it taste good.

Ingredients: 2 pounds frozen sweet corn (I prefer frozen whole) 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil 1 large onion, finely chopped 1 large carrot, diced 2 tablespoons minced garlic 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 cup chopped fresh spinach, grated 1/3 cup chopped canned chickpeas, drained (about 1 cup) 1/8 cup finely grated parmesan cheese, or 1/16 cup Parmesan cheese (I like to use Parmesan) Directions: In a large bowl, toss the sweet corn with the olive oil, onion, carrot, garlic, cilantro and cheddar.

Pour in the chopped cheddar and spinach and mix until the mixture is smooth.

Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl and mix well.

If using canned chickfry, mix the spinach in with the chickfries ingredients.

Heat the oven to 350 degrees F. Place a baking sheet on the center of the baking sheet.

Coat with the remaining olive oil and sprinkle with the cheddar mixture.

Bake for 15 minutes, then remove the baking sheets from the oven.

If the mixture starts to burn, remove the oven from the heat.

Transfer the mixture to a cooling rack.

Meanwhile, heat the remaining 2 tablespoons of the extra virgin oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Cook the chicken wings for about 5 minutes, or until cooked through.

Transfer them to a serving platter and top with the rest of the cilantro, cheddar, and cheese.

Serve immediately.
