How to prepare your own rice: How to cook and eat the rice

I’m not going to be saying it’s not safe, or that it’s safe to eat.

That’s because rice is the best food source of all.

Rice is the source of most vitamins and minerals, including zinc, copper, iron, vitamin B-12, and vitamin B6.

Rice also provides many of the nutrients needed for healthy aging, including folate, manganese, vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin K, calcium, phosphorus, vitamin D, mannitol, vitamin L, riboflavin, vitamin M, niacin, and folic acid.

You can make rice at home by soaking the grain in water for 10 minutes, then adding water to cover and rinse.

Then boil it until it’s tender.

Add the rice to a bowl with the vegetables and stir until it reaches a nice soft ball.

Serve the rice with some steamed vegetables or noodles.
